The subject i learnt was DYNA END USER and it was mostly about software on the computer. Would not recommend. I had to self study, we swapped lectures like no tomorrow, due to lecturers being incompetent. And the best part of it all, its been nearly a year now that I received notification that I passed and I'm still awaiting my graduation and certificates. 1 whole year.. And they barely communicate with you, I have to consistently ask to find something out, it's never proactively sent out to you.I really hope the place improves and gets better. In response to your message below, the college is fully responsible for withholding my certificates, no where in any agreement that was signed was I informed that I won't receive a graduation if certain things aren't in place. My ID number is tied to the College, not my employee number. And as far as gratitude, I will grant it where deserved, but I don't feel its deserve after my experience. Often in class I found myself having to teach my colleagues due to the incompetent lecturers. I was willing to let the incompetence go, but it's like I'm not being heard, I've tried other methods to resolve this issue and I'm not being heard, next is Hello Peter.I'm genuinely a grateful person, but I Don't think you seeing it from my side. How am I meant to be grateful when I was teaching the class majority of the time? (and I'm supposed to be the student) How am I meant to be grateful when I don't have any proof that I have passed? Please don't allow dictatorship CEOs be the reason you as a college aren't being fair. Understand it for what it is.Imagine working hard, sacrificing, and putting in all the hours, then receiving an invitation to attend graduation, then immediately told.. Oh, sorry, that wasn't for you. Please see it from my side. You have my contact details, you may contact me personally. I'm willing to take this review down, but I want to be heard, and for my matter to be attended to.

Amazing staff and organisational culture, very caring and passionate team that equips students to be capable and competent in the work environment and enables networking opportunities. Probably one of the best colleges in Cape Town.

My experience this far has been excellent at On The Ball College. I have faced new challenges that I never knew I could do. I would advise any person that is interested to go for it. It is excellent service and going from basic to more advanced knowledge is a great achievement.

Firstly, I would like to say that I have knowledge of the computer. I knew the basic skills and knew how to use Microsoft Office. I have been here 7 months, and in this time period i have learned so much in the course that I'm busy with. the course that I'm busy with is Technical Support and covered a lot from the basic terminology of ICT, to taking apart a PC, the different types of cables that use to connect to Network.
