I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from the F&I during our phone conversation and subsequent signing of the contract. As I had clearly stated during our phone conversation, there were certain things that I wanted and did not want included in the contract. However, on the day I signed, I discovered that you had added other items without my knowledge or consent.I feel that you deliberately tricked me into signing the contract by mentioning these additional items in passing, hoping that I wouldn't notice or object. This is an underhanded and unethical way to do business, and it has left me feeling deeply frustrated and unhappy with the entire experience.I understand that the sale has already been completed, but I wanted to make it clear that I am not satisfied with the way that you conducted yourself during our interactions. I hope that in the future, you will treat your customers with more respect and transparency, and avoid using such sneaky tactics to secure a sale.Nonetheless I was happy with Paul’s service, patience, and communication during the process of purchasing my new Renault, despite a minor issue with the fuel tank not being full upon delivery as promised.Your professionalism and dedication to ensuring that I was satisfied with my purchase did not go unnoticed. While Renault could improve their delivery experience for brand new cars, your customer service made up for any shortcomings in that regard.Thank you once again.Itumeleng

Recently traded in my old Duster for a new one! The service was excellent throughout the entire process. Paul-Marco was of great help and made everything clear and concise and kept me well informed throughout the process. Can highly recommend Renault Table View.

Checking in was easy.When leaving Uber let me down, so decided to ask the dealership to drop me off. Unfortunately waited a while due to driver availability and the areas they had to go to.But the service and the car wash was done well.

Popped in yesterday to look at the new Renault Kiger. Wow what a great experience from the moment I went through the door. The sales process was quick and easy and in no time the deal was concluded. Armand thank you so much for the patience and help.

ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! Renault Table view is the worst!This must be the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The battery of our car has been giving us numerous problems in a very short amount of time. Long story short, they fetched our vehicle with no problem and waited overnight for a new battery. We think all is well.Got a phone call, saying the car will be ready by 15h00, and we can gladly pick it up. YAY right? WRONG!HOW ARE WE SUPPOSE TO FETCH THE CAR IF THEY HAVE THE CAR...?Their response: Just take an Uber or something. It's not their problem"Now keep in mind we work until late

Excellent service and friendly staff that were happy to answer any questions I had. The team went beyond to fulfil my requests. Thanks to Paul, Bernita and Johan for all your assistance. Definitely recommended.
