I need to commend the therapist with great customer services and took special care of me, seen it was my first time of this kind of treatment. She explained, whilst doing the treatment and checking if I am comfortable. I felt really reassured while my eyes were closed, pads or tapes protecting, my eyes, while she was working with me. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes before our appointment. When we got there, nobody was at reception, door was locked and no bell so we ended up standing outside for 20 minutes. Sound proofing isn't great so rooms are a bit noisy. Despite the above, the massage was really good :)

We arrived 30 minutes before our treatment, the clients before us were running late with theirs so our treatment wasn’t for the full 60 minutes like we booked. We had wiki deal for a 60 minute full body massage with a choice from aromatherapy, Swedish or hotstone massage however we were not even given a choice. The therapists lack professionalism, they don’t greet or smile. We were not asked if the pressure was fine. It also seemed like they don’t change the towels on the beds as they still had an oily residue. Would definitely not go back or recommend this place. Rather pay a little more and go to my local Sorbet. Also noting that our treatment didn’t even last 45 minutes.

No prices or services they offer on their website. Will move into the next spa with prices.

Had one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! Although a small simple beauty therapy studio the music and atmosphere and service created a great relaxing atmosphere as you walked in. Fantastic service from the ladies. Will be back!

After reading recent reviews I was a bit worried about what to expect, but so glad we booked with them.My partner and I both had a full body massage. The therapists were professional and friendly. The massage itself was great. They asked for our preferred pressure and kept by that.Would happily visit them again and recommend to others.

My therapist was amazing my sister and I used our birthday vouchers and the invigorating experience those ladies gave us was remarkable. Thank you will sure book again.

My cousin and I went to Meraki yesterday. We got to our appointment late because we struggled to find the salon. One of the therapists came to get us and we were really far from the place. She was so nice. We started about 30 minutes late and they still gave us the full time for our treatments. I had a deep tissue massage and my cousin an aromatherapy message - AMAZING! Then we had Indian head massages. Thereafter we had foot masks and massages followed by facials. Overall absolutely amazing customer care and treatments. I cannot wait to go back. This was the most affordable treatments I’ve EVER had done. The therapists were just awesome on every level
