When we first used rocky pest they were fantastic but the 2 other times we have used them haven't been the best. Last spider and ant spray we had a very young man attend and seemed to be not very professional. 2 weeks after the spray we got ants in the kitchen. We will be looking at another company as rocky pest is the same priced as many other family run business.

Their first appointment which we had organised, they cancelled as they said the guy was sick. So, okay, we changed our schedule and made a new appointment which they confirmed. I left work early for it.30 minutes later... No news. After an hour had passed, I called their mobile. No answer, left a voicemail. Still, nothing- so called the head office (We have a serious ant problem so keen to finally get this fixed).They never rocked up. No notification. No call-back (still to this day?!?!?!) and wasted hours of my time with no results. No delivered promises. Can't believe a company exists like this in Australia. If i could give less stars, I would.

I had RockyPest treat out new house for ants. The ants were terrible in the kitchen mainly. Unfortunately the initial treatment seemed to make no difference so I emailed RockyPest and explained the issue and how I was disappointed as it was a struggle to leave the house with two large dogs and a toddler at 37 weeks pregnant for 3 hours. They were extremely helpful and offered to come and re-treat the house over two days, indoors one day and outdoors another day so I didn't have to take the dogs off the property. Since the re-treatment I'm delighted to say we haven't had any ants return! Thank you RockyPest! Absolutely wonderful service.

We used these guys for our pre purchase home inspection and their report was impressively detailed. We were so impressed with their professionalism that we booked in a general pest inspection a few months later. Eddie is a legend!! He is the kindest and funniest bloke, he was full of information and was very professional. He was early and ready to go as soon as he arrived. He answered every single question we threw at him and even explained the whole process thoroughly. The price of the service was just a pure bonus, what great value! We will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!!

We have used Rocky Pest previously and found them to be very goodOn this occasion the serviceman who had done our last treatment came and introduced us to a young man who did the treatmentHe appeared to be thorough and knowledgeable but was not very tidy in cleaning up after himself and did damage the light fitting in our linen cupboard when coming down from the ceiling space which we needed to have repaired by an electricianI also had some concerns about how he would have properly treated the driveway for ants given that there were three vehicles parked on it while he was here but was assured by the office that he was able to spray under vehicles
