I took my car to Reflex Panelbeaters in December, I received fairly good service, so I decided to use them again based on my previous experience. I took my car in again for a quotation first thing on Friday morning, I followed up on Saturday as to when the quote would be sent and was told that they have been busy and the quote will be sent later on that day, still no quote received I followed up on Tuesday and I was told that I would be given a call back. I am still awaiting the call back and the quote. I have now taken my vehicle to another panel beater where I was assisted immediately with excellent service and I am already in the process of getting my vehicle repaired. I will not be making use of Reflex Panelbeaters services again after the absolute shocking service I have received.
