This used to be a business with excellent quality product and customer service but has gone backwards I'm afraid, in terms of both. We are having to claim a refund via small claims court after punitive communication from owner refusing to accept fault.Sad, but will take our business elsewhere in future to avoid losses in time and money, not to mention never actually receiving a product we could use in time, and having to deal with accusations of being dishonest when we complained about the quality we received. Empty promises, shifting goal posts and slow communication are highly frustrating.
