The best place to get your bike serviced. They picked up my bike in the morning from my home, had it done and back the same day, even when they promised to return it the next day.I will recommend them anytime.

I saw a speed twin advertised andreached out to Triumph Pretoria. Within no time I was reached out by Paul and wow what service was I offered. We arranged for me to take the bike for a test drive and for them to view my trade in bike. Went smoothly I feel in love with the speed twin. By the next working day all the paperwork was ready they didn't squeeze me on the value on my trade in. I had a personal emergency I had to deal with and without hesitation they were completely understanding and put the bike aside until I was ready. I called a couple of days later to conclude the deal and upon completion of the paperwork they even delivered my new bike and collected my trade in, all I can say is WOW. It didn't stop there me not being available for the hand over Paul took upon himself to make videos for me on how everything works what to look for, what goes where oil, chain lube, etc. I was so impressed thank you to you all for the incredible service may you go from strength to strength.

Took my 2012 Triumph Tiger 800 for a 100 000 major service.EASILY the best service I have ever had when servicing my bike and better than ever servicing my cars anywhere too. I called them on a Friday morning and asked if they could help me as I am from Nelspruit and wanted to get it done before going back.I took it to them an hour later, they gave me the option of a Trident 660 or the new Tiger 900 as a courtesy bike, I chose the Trident to try something new, I went to do some thing and went back after a couple hours having refilled the bike.They said my bike was not ready yet and asked if I still have things to do, I did but needed my top box to do it. They then offered me the Tiger 900 to test that and gave me one of their triumph back backs. One of the most incredible bikes I have ever ridden. I rode to centurion and back having an incredible time.Bike was then finished off and since it has run like brand new even though it has over 100 000km. They did such an absolutely fantastic job that it felt like a completely different bike. The throttle response was better. The gear changes were smoother. It honestly felt like they had put a new gearbox and engine in.The most friendly team I have ever met.Please, if you need to service your bike and want to feel like you are a famous person on holiday, go here, they really give you the royal treatment while giving the best service possible!

I've serviced at Triumph PTA from day 1 and dont regret a minute of it! The service and guidance from the team in PTA is incredible! Their shop is also nicely stocked and I've never ridden away feeling like I wasted my time. Even as a new rider, they were keen to assist and guide me, put up with strange questions :)) and go the extra mile. I cannot thank the team enough for such great service, nor commend them enough on their branch overall. From parts, to tryres, to jackets and gloves, shirts and caps, they have it all! Great service. I had an issue with hela plugs on my Tiger 1200. The owner collected my bike in the morning. Got everything sorted and delivered my bike back home showroom clean. They also identified another problem and sorted that as well. Thanks for the great service. I'll see you again soon.
