Puma Kabot Roodeplaat Service Station
Now the service I received here today was totally unexpected. I have a car that is consuming water and I stop regularly to check it. It was a convenient place to stop where I wouldn't be in the way. I had opened my bonnet and was busy when this gentleman came from the forecourt to ask if I needed assistance. He was insistent and then went to the car next to mine who had windshield problems. I was not a client and nor were they but he took service to the next level. Thank you. I will stop to fill up or visit the store if I come past again.

The staff is extremely helpful. I had a bubble on my tyre and the attendant pointed it out. It is a pleasure supporting this garage.UPDATEI tried to bring a procedure issue under management's attention and I was met with utter hostility by the manager Nadia.This reflects badly upon Puma and I will be escalating this to Head Office.
